Queer, questioning, partnered, single, trans, out, not-yet-out, or just curious—come as you are. We mean it.
So many churches put limits on God’s love—excluding people for who they are, who they love, or whatever makes them “different.”
We don’t.
We’re a progressive, LGBTQIA+-affirming congregation working to create a just world where all are included in the family of God—one Sacred Place at a time.
If your experience of church has been shame, rigid gender roles, purity culture, or the idea that asking questions means losing your faith—there’s another way.
Here, doubt is welcome. Hard questions are welcome. Faith is strengthened by honest inquiry, not threatened by it.
Many of us came to Sacred Place after years away from church—or after being hurt by it. We’re a trauma-informed community.
Music, reflection, real community, and an open table where all are truly welcome—a faith family that loves Jesus and isn’t afraid of new ways of being church.
We take faith seriously enough to wrestle with it. We are not afraid to challenge assumptions.
Sunday Mornings @ 11 · TK–5th
During the gathering, kids get their own space for storytelling, crafts, and real conversation. Prefer to keep them with you? The room is set up for families either way.
We use a creative, justice-focused curriculum built for inclusive communities—opening a story together each week and trusting that kids are capable of big ideas. No purity culture. No shame.
Everyone who works with our kids is fully background checked.
