Reformation Sunday closes Bound Together, with our Fall Festival and new members joining.
Hi friends,
Seven weeks ago we started Bound Together with God hanging up the bow in the sky, making a promise to the whole earth before anyone had promised anything back. Week after week the story has kept that shape. God binds Godself first, and the asking comes later.
This Sunday the asking comes. Joshua gathers the whole people, retells the story of everything God has done, and puts a question to them that people have been answering ever since: choose this day whom you will serve. We’ll sit with that question together on Reformation Sunday, a good day for a church that is still being re-formed.
It’s a full Sunday. We’ll welcome new members into the life of Sacred Place, and right after the gathering our Fall Festival begins: cornhole, bingo, cake, and refreshments. If you’ve been around a while, come ready to say yes again alongside them. If you’re new, this is a good Sunday to see who we are.
I’m looking forward to celebrating together.
If you can’t be with us in person, you can watch live at 11:00 AM Pacific.

Let’s start a conversation.
Not ready to visit yet? That’s okay. Text us with questions, prayer requests, or just to learn more. When you’re ready to plan a visit, we can do that too.
