What holds you when you can't see what you're becoming?
Hey Sacred Place Family,
I’ll be honest—this week has felt like a week where we’re not there yet. Not just in my thoughts for the sermon, but also in life. There’s a lot of waiting happening, a lot of uncertainty about what’s coming, and not much clarity about when it arrives. I imagine I’m not alone in that.
Which is maybe exactly why I’m grateful we get to gather tomorrow morning around Paul writing from prison with stubborn joy—not because he had it figured out, but because he didn’t, and he kept going anyway.
This Sunday we’re asking: what do you do before the wind comes? What holds you when you can’t see what you’re becoming? Come find out with us.

Pentecost Sunday. We’re going all in. Wear red, orange, or gold. We’ll share communion together. One of the great Sundays of the year—don’t miss it.

Seven years of showing up and becoming something together. We want everyone who has ever called this place home in the room.

Our summer Pride series launches. I’ll be out June 7 & 14, but you’re in very good hands with Bryan’s two-week return to lead while I’m away.
See you Sunday! Pastor Matthew
Let’s start a conversation.
