Found Family
Ruth 2:1–23
This week, we gather a little differently — for the second time. The barley harvest has begun. Ruth goes out to work the edges of a stranger’s field, gleaning what the law leaves for the poor, the widow, the immigrant. Naomi waits at home, where she came back empty. By the end of the day, something has shifted — though it’s an old woman who has buried a husband and two sons who’s the first to name what it might mean. “Found Family” is our 2026 Pride series, a five-week journey through Ruth and Esther. Like Week 1, this Sunday isn’t a reflection; it’s a guided study. We’ll sing the song that carries the whole series, read Ruth 2 closely together, and let the conversation belong to the room. This is an in-person gathering — no livestream this week. Bring your questions. There’s room for you here. We begin at 11:00 AM Pacific.
No dress code. Just real people.
All ages are loved and included in our gatherings.
